SudoMarket is a small Nigerian shop that sells the things people actually use — phones, kitchen and home, bags and shoes, perfume, clothes for women and men, and things for kids.
We are in Akwa Ibom and we deliver to every state in Nigeria. We keep the shop small on purpose: fewer items, properly chosen, so that what you order is what arrives.
1What we sell
The shelf changes. What is on the shop today is what is in stock today — nothing is listed to look busier than we are.
2How we choose what we sell
Every item is picked by hand, not by a supplier's catalogue. We ask three questions before something goes on the shelf:
- Would I buy this myself? If the answer is no, it does not go up.
- Does it do what it says? Phones are switched on, blenders are run, bags are opened and checked at the seams.
- Can we stand behind it after the sale? If we cannot support it, we do not sell it.
3The price you see is the price you pay
One price, in naira, on the product page. We do not print a crossed-out "old price" to make a number look better than it is, and we do not change the price at checkout.
Stock is honest. An item shows In stock or Sold out — that is all. We never print how many are left, because that is our business, not a sales trick.
4How buying works
- Pick your items and put them in the basket.
- Go to checkout. Your delivery fee is worked out from your state and area, and shown to you before you pay anything.
- Place the order. You get an order number on the spot — write it down, it is how we find your order.
- Pay. By card on Paystack's own page, or by bank transfer.
- We dispatch. Usually within 48 hours of the payment being confirmed, and we send you the details on WhatsApp.
You can follow an order any time with Track Order in the menu, using the order number.
5Delivery
We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. The fee depends on where you are — from ₦2,000 to ₦6,500 — and it is always shown at checkout before you pay. Akwa Ibom is ₦3,500.
The shop takes the delivery off the total by itself. Nothing to ask for.
6Paying safely
Card. You pay on Paystack's own page — card, bank transfer, USSD or Paystack transfer. Paystack takes the payment and brings you back here. We never see or keep your card details.
Bank transfer. Place the order, then send your transfer receipt to us on WhatsApp with the order number and we dispatch as soon as it is confirmed.
Nothing is ever charged on WhatsApp.
7If something is not right
Open the parcel and check it. If anything is wrong — the wrong item, a damaged one, something missing — message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photograph, and we will sort it out. The full rules are on our Returns & refunds page, and your rights under the law apply either way.
8Telling a friend
Every customer has a User ID that doubles as a referral code. When a friend signs up with it and their first order is ₦10,000 or more in items, and that payment is confirmed and the order delivered, both of you get a ₦1,000 coupon, good for 30 days.
- The coupon works on a basket of ₦5,000 or more in items.
- One coupon per account, one use.
- Your code is remembered for 90 days from the day your friend taps your link.
You will find your code and your coupon in your account, under Referral.
9Talk to us
A real person answers. If something is confusing, ask before you pay — that is what we are here for.
We answer [Monday to Saturday, 6am – 11pm]. Messages that come in after that are answered the next working day.
