How the charge works

Delivery is charged once per standard order, not separately for each item. There are no automatic charges for extra kilograms or half-kilograms. Delivery remains payable regardless of your order value, including orders of ₦100,000 or more. There is no minimum-spend free-delivery offer.

Where to collect

Standard delivery is to a terminal or another agreed collection point. You may need to travel to collect your parcel. Nearby doorstep delivery may be arranged at our discretion; it is not guaranteed. Please confirm the collection location with us. A state appearing in this table does not mean that every LGA has a collection office or that parcels can be collected from any post office.

Bulky items and unusual split shipments

Items may be consolidated into one parcel or dispatched separately. For bulky items or unusual split shipments, contact us before checkout to confirm the arrangements and any special charges. Confirm the final charge before making payment. The automated checkout is for standard Nigerian orders; international and exceptional shipments need a separate agreement.

These are shop delivery charges, not a carrier booking or a guarantee of NIPOST carriage. We are not connected to a NIPOST shipping platform.
